Modern Sewer Solutions Without the Mess

Traditional sewer repairs often mean tearing up your yard, driveway, or even your home's foundation to access and replace damaged pipes. Our trenchless sewer repair methods eliminate these headaches by using advanced technology to repair your sewer line with minimal excavation.

The Advantages of Going Trenchless

  • Preserves your landscaping, hardscaping, and property value
  • Completes in days rather than weeks with less disruption to your life
  • Creates stronger, more durable pipe connections than traditional methods
  • Environmentally friendly with less soil disruption and waste

Our Trenchless Repair Methods

Pipe Lining (CIPP - Cured-In-Place Pipe)

This method creates a "pipe within a pipe" by inserting a resin-saturated liner into the existing damaged pipe. Once in place, the liner is inflated and cured with heat or UV light, creating a seamless, jointless new pipe inside the old one. Perfect for:

  • Pipes with cracks, small breaks, or leaking joints
  • Root intrusion problems
  • Preventing future root penetration
  • Restoring structural integrity without replacement

Pipe Bursting

When pipes are collapsed or beyond repair, pipe bursting allows us to completely replace the line while still minimizing excavation. A bursting head breaks apart the old pipe while simultaneously pulling a new pipe into place. Ideal for:

  • Completely collapsed or severely damaged pipes
  • Upgrading to larger diameter pipes
  • Pipes with multiple issues throughout the line
  • Replacing older materials (clay, cast iron) with modern HDPE pipe

The Trenchless Repair Process

  1. Video Inspection: We thoroughly inspect your sewer line with high-definition camera equipment to identify the exact location and nature of the problem.
  2. Assessment & Recommendation: Based on the inspection, we'll recommend the most appropriate trenchless method for your specific situation.
  3. Preparation: We clean the existing pipe thoroughly using hydro-jetting to remove debris, scale, and roots.
  4. Access Points: Small access holes are created at the beginning and end of the section being repaired, typically in your yard.
  5. Repair/Replacement: We implement either pipe lining or pipe bursting to repair or replace your sewer line.
  6. Final Inspection: A follow-up camera inspection confirms the successful installation and proper flow through the new pipe.

Is Your Sewer Line at Risk?

Homes built before 1980 often have sewer lines made of materials that are prone to failure over time, including clay, cast iron, and Orangeburg pipes. Additionally, mature trees can send roots into even newer sewer lines through tiny cracks or joints.

If you're experiencing slow drains throughout your home, backup in multiple fixtures, or unusual wet areas in your yard, contact us for a professional camera inspection to assess your sewer line's condition before catastrophic failure occurs.
